General Information
  • Limit  2 (two) pets per apartment
  • All deposits and fees listed are per pet and due in full at move in
Cats

Cat Information

  • $100.00 Refundable Deposit + $200.00 Non Refundable Fee
  • Indoor cats only please
Dogs

Dog Policy

  • $100 Refundable Deposit + $200 Non-Refundable Fee
  • No Aggressive Breeds (call for details)
  • Weight limit: Up to 25 Pounds.
Other Pets
  • Fish Tanks, Aquariums, Terariums permitted
  • Birds - Must be caged. Maximum of two. $100.00 refundable deposit per cage.
  • Other Caged Animals: please inquire. Deposits and fees may apply
  • No ferrets please!
